I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I placed an order as an Eid gift for my child, but although the tracking information showed the parcel as delivered and there was a delivery photo, the package was not actually there when I checked.
I immediately contacted customer service and was told to contact the courier myself. When I spoke with the courier, they advised that they could not investigate the matter unless the retailer contacted them directly. They also informed me that once the retailer opened an investigation, the issue could typically be resolved within 24 hours.
I passed this information on to the retailer, expecting them to help resolve the problem. Instead, they stopped responding to my emails completely. It has now been nearly three weeks, and I have received no updates, no resolution, and no refund.
The most disappointing part is not just the missing parcel, but the complete lack of communication and customer support. I have done everything requested of me, yet I have been ignored and left without either the item or any meaningful assistance.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Customers deserve better support when issues arise, especially when a simple investigation could have been started weeks ago.
