I ordered a Quran speaker for my 3-month-old son, but unfortunately this has been a very frustrating experience from start to finish.
The order took a long time to arrive, and when it was finally marked as delivered, it had actually been delivered to the wrong location. The delivery photo clearly does not match my front door or the entrance to my building. I took photos of my front door and building entrance as evidence and contacted Mummy Yasmin.
They asked me to contact their delivery partner, which I did. The delivery partner acknowledged that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong location. I then informed Mummy Yasmin of this and provided the information. They initially replied to my email, but then I sent several further emails trying to resolve the issue, but I have received no response.
What I find especially disappointing is the lack of communication and responsibility. This was an Islamic item purchased for my newborn son’s Quran speaker, and I expected honesty, care and good customer service.
I am extremely disappointed with how this matter has been handled. I hope the company eventually does the right thing and refunds me, if not here, then may justice be served hereafter.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.
